Finance Director
Your role:
Reporting to the Regional Finance Director and supporting the Country Leadership Team, you will oversee and manage the finance departement with a team of executives. Specifically, your role will include financial reporting and analysis,development of a robust internal control framework, compliance with internal audit requirements and business athics standards, and co-ordination with regional and corporate headquarters on various financial initiatives and strategic developments. Other responsibilities include providing support to business processes, procurement and product supply planning, providing financial inputs to business development initiatives.
To be successful in this role:
You should be a CPA with an accountancy degree from a recognized university and have at least eight years of progressive accounting and finance experience in a multinational company. Familiarity with SOX and US GAAP is necessary. You should have an excellent command of spoken and written English, a keen sense of commercial acumen, and good interperconal communication skills to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization. Other desirable personal attributes include the ability to multi-task, a dynamic go-getting personality, and the ability to see the big picture without losing sight of the important details.
